Sin can be enticing, it can be attractive and tempting; but it does have consequences.
Salt water may satisfy your thirst and quench the feeling of thirst, but sooner than later, you feel thirsty again as the water causes dehydration and the more you drink the more dehydrated you get…this vicious cycle can be catastrophic.
Sinners will definitely entice you, and make you feel obeying God’s word is being in prison and make you question if it is worth it serving God, or if even God exists.

They will give you examples of those who disobeyed God and “hammered”…those who disobeyed God and are still standing…they will give you examples of how faithfulness is not worth it…they will tell you stories of how waiting on God leaves you lonely and dry…they will tell you to grow up…tell you to try things and leave the old BOOK…just one stick, just one night stand, just 2 bottles, just one lie, just one crime, just one last time… just one just…
But do not consent…do not consent…don’t do it.
Great Grace!

God will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear.
Do not consent…and emmmm this year be more deliberate and intentional about choosing those you call friends…Selah
