From the State Chairman’s Desk
Dear colleagues, the 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of our great and noble association is in a few weeks’ time, precisely from the 4th to 10th of August 2019.
We will be looking at the theme “Leveraging Social and Environmental Determinants of Health” and it promises to exceed expectations as we have put out a team we believe is equal to the task.
In this AGM we will be having a training workshop with global certification as well an award of 10 CME points, and registered members will get conference materials, souvenirs and meals throughout the conference.
We will also be doing a hospital based medical outreach in selected hospitals in Port Harcourt and we will be having a pre-AGM health walk with members of the public.
Like I said when we came on board, we will not be deducting registration fees from source and we trust you to register for this AGM without compulsion or coercion.
I trust you will play your part, as we build an NMA we can all be proud of. This AGM is ours and I expect you to attend even if you don’t register, as important matters will be discussed and decisions taken that will be binding to you and all.

Registration ends on the 14th of July 2019 to enable proper planning and organization.
