Few days ago, my publisher sent me a picture of the cover page of my forthcoming book as it was been printed in the press.
And today, I smiled as I saw the first attempt to write my book and the several attempts to get a suitable book title.
I smiled as I remembered how I transited from writing my thoughts on paper, to typing them on my laptop.
I smiled as I remembered one of my editors telling me about how her laptop crashed when she was working on her book, and how true to her word, two of my laptops crashed and I had to get another laptop from my cousin which I used briefly.
I smiled as I remembered when a thick cloud of discouragement was around my head, when I felt this work was bigger than me, when the progress was slower than a lazy snail, when the funds to push it through some critical processes dried up, but God came through for me…
I smile because I know God is faithful, and He is a finisher.
